Job Description

This position works within our Precision Ag. Department, reporting to the Department Manager. The main focus of this position will be supporting customers with their precision products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage “Precision Ag Support Centre” and triage incoming telephone calls
  • Focus on customer support excellence
  • Process all precision ag related services and administration tasks
  • Coach users through the precision product applications and provide intermediate level support
  • Assist in educating customers and staff on using precision products in classroom sessions
  • Work on some special projects associated with the Precision Ag Support Centre
  • Some activities listed above may include working weekends and evenings during planting and harvest season

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer support role, a role within agriculture is preferred but not required
  • Strong technical ability, and proficient knowledge of database software, and computer application systems.
  • Exceptional self-starting abilities
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • College diploma or equivalent in related technical, agricultural, or mechanical program preferred
