Job Description
As the Digital Media Specialist, you will work with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing tactics to promote our Dealership’s products and service. Developing our dealership image and brand in the market through digital media as well as other efforts to understand and attract customers.

Job Responsibilities
- Create and publish exciting social media content to educate and attract our customer base
- Monitor our online presence, reviewing feedback and responses to social media posts, as well as tracking engagement
- Track webpage analytics and social media KPI’s
- Research social media trends, applications, and technology, ensuring current best practices
- Enhance and develop dealership marketing materials (brochures, posters, etc) for all departments
- Assist with coordinating sponsored events and programs
- Work with all departments (Sales, HR, Aftermarket) with content and promotion of programs
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of online marketing, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, GMB, YouTube, TikTok) and social analytic tools (google analytics, google keyword planner, social media insights)
- Degree or Diploma in a Marketing program
- Understanding of SEO and CRO in content development and content marketing
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an asset
- Knowledge of video editing, photography and photoshop applications, as well as graphic design principles
- Understanding or exposure to the Agricultural Industry would be considered an asset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stayed organized while working on multiple projects
- Flexibility to travel to our 11 locations using a shared Huron Tractor vehicle
