Support Offerings

2019 Precision Ag Support Packages

Huron Tractor continually strives to provide the best service and support in the industry. To help our customers push the frontiers of precision agriculture we have created three levels of Precision Ag Support. These packages have been designed to help our customers obtain as much value as possible out of their John Deere Precision Ag systems.

Note: Limit of one package per organization.

BRONZE Support Package ($299/year)

One scheduled farm visit to perform the following tasks:
  • Software updates (up to two GreenStar systems)
  • Optimize and setup (up to two GreenStar systems)
  • Ensure up to two systems are field-ready
  • Business hours phone support on Precision Ag products from our Precision Ag Consultants
With the purchase of a Precision Ag BRONZE Support Package you will also receive HT PRIORITY SERVICE.

SILVER Support Package ($599/year)

Two scheduled farm visits to perform the following tasks:
  • Software updates (up to two GreenStar systems)
  • Optimize and setup (up to two GreenStar systems)
  • Ensure up to two systems are field-ready
  • Business hours phone support on Precision Ag products from our Precision Ag Consultants
With the purchase of a Precision Ag SILVER Support Package you will also receive HT PRIORITY SERVICE.

GOLD Support Package ($899/year)

Three scheduled farm visits to perform the following tasks:
  • Winter and summer software updates (up to four GreenStar systems)
  • Optimize and setup (up to two GreenStar systems)
  • Ensure up to four systems are field-ready
  • Unlimited business hours phone support on Precision Ag products from our Precision Ag Consultants
With the purchase of an Precision Ag GOLD Support Package you will also receive HT PRIORITY SERVICE.

PLATINUM Support Package ($1499/year)

Four scheduled farm visits to perform the following tasks:
  • Winter and summer software updates (greater than four GreenStar systems)
  • Optimize and setup greater than four GreenStar systems for planting and harvest
  • Ensure greater than four systems are field-ready
  • Unlimited business hours phone support on Precision Ag products from our Precision Ag Consultants
With the purchase of a Precision Ag PLATINUM Support Package you will also receive HT PRIORITY SERVICE.

Confidentiality agreement between the customer and Huron Tractor Ltd.

Current Precision Ag GOLD or PLATINUM support package (dependent upon number of GreenStar systems).

Non-Service Agreement Customers
  • Do not receive HT PRIORITY SERVICE
  • ALL Precision Ag Department service calls are billed out at $100/hr plus travel time from the nearest Huron Tractor location All machine related issues will be taken care of and billed out by the service department. Examples of machine related issues include faulty wiring harnesses, sensors, controllers etc.

Service Agreement Customers

ALL MACHINE RELATED ISSUES WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND WILL BE BILLED OUT SEPARATELY FROM THE PRECISION AG SUPPORT PACKAGES. Examples of machine related issues include faulty wiring harnesses, sensors, controllers etc.
