Precision Ag Support Packages

Huron Tractor continually strives to provide the best service and support in the industry. To help you push the frontiers of precision agriculture we offer a Precision Ag Support Package to assist with eliminating hardware and software downtime and obtaining as much value as possible from your John Deere Precision Ag systems.

Support Package ($499/year)

  • Priority telephone support through our dedicated Precision Ag Support Centre hotline
  • One scheduled Precision Ag System health check visit to provide software updates for up to two (2) GreenStar™ systems (display, receiver, and ATU)
  • Enrollment for two (2) people in one Precision Ag customer display training event ($179.90 value)
  • One on-farm or in-store *Productivity Meeting* to assist with Operations Center information management and utilization of John Deere Technology
  • First-time Support Package customers will receive Precision Ag orientation training and initial hardware setup for an additional $50 fee.
One-on-one Productivity Meetings are a key benefit to our Support Package.

For instance, learning to build a variable rate map allows for more efficiency with inputs, and getting assistance with creating a setup file to organize guidance lines and boundaries will save valuable time and effort throughout the seasons ahead.

Notes:
  • Precision Ag Support Packages are strongly recommended. Customers without a support package will be charged the regular hourly labour rate plus travel time both ways from the nearest Huron Tractor location.
  • Any hardware repairs that are non-software related will be an additional charge. Some examples of hardware repairs include faulty wiring harnesses, sensors, controllers, etc.
  • A $75 charge will be added for each additional system updated.
  • RENEWAL: Precision Ag Support Packages renew automatically each year. If you do not wish to renew your existing Support Package for the next calendar year, please notify us prior to December 31st of the current year at PrecisionAgSupport@HuronTractor.com.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • One-on-one Productivity Meetings can be scheduled independently for non-Support Package members.
